Victory Health Partners

Victory Health Partners is a faith-based nonprofit medical practice that offers compassionate, affordable, and comprehensive primary healthcare to adults aged 19-64 who are not covered by health insurance and do not qualify for Medicaid, Medicare, or VA Benefits.

Victory patients also have access to specialty care, including dental, optometry, and more, through partnerships with 170 medical providers in our community.

Patient copays range between $35 and $55 per visit, and our Patient Assistance Program offers access to most prescriptions at no cost. With licensed marriage and family therapists and care counselors, mental health counseling is available for all patients at no cost.

Our medical practice sees patients by appointment only: Monday through Thursday: 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and Friday: 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
