Workshops and Classes
From learning computer skills to creating flyers we offer classes to help build your business skills.
We have regular classes on using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Also, we have a Computer Basics class to help those new to computers get familiar with them.
You can also learn on your own time. Universal Class has video-based courses for people interested in professional growth. Courses are available 24/7, including Interview Skills and Marketing 101.
Computers, Laptops and WiFi
Check email, search and apply for jobs online. Create your resume on MS Word. Connect to the internet on your personal device using our free WiFi.
Laptops are available for check-out at the Connection Center desk for those needing to work on their business or career (for use inside the library).
Chromebooks and Hotspots are available for checkout at the service desk on the 1st floor. These can be brought home for 14 days.
Our public computers have Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher).
Printing, Faxing, Copying and Scanning
Print resumes, flyers or anything else you need in your job search or to support your business at the library. Printing is 10¢ per black & white and 50¢ per color page.
We provide fax services. Faxing to local, long distance and toll-free numbers is $1 per page. The cover page is free.
Our copy machines can scan your documents and make copies in black & white (10¢) or color (50¢). You can also send a scan of your documents to an email or flash drive at no charge.
Mobile Device and Remote Printing
Send documents to a Library printer from any computer or device by going to the location's PrinterOn website, emailing the printer or using the PrinterOn app.
